Overview
THE COMPANY: Brewster Partners are working with our client who specialise in the provision of medical services. They are actively recruiting for a Receptionist on a full time and part-time basis in and around the Sheffield area on a 3 month temporary basis. THE JOB: General reception duties as and when required, for example, meet and greet visitors, liaising with internal employees and managing day to day administration duties Diary management and booking of appointments from patients THE PERSON: Previous experience in a receptionist role essential ideally within a medical practice Must have experience using SYSTEM 1 Sound organisational skills and to be able to priorities busy work schedule Conversant with Microsoft word and excel Ability to respond to changing demands Customer focused Responsive and inquisitive THE BENEFITS: Hours of work Monday - Friday between 8am - 6:30pm Accessible location with parking on site Must be able to drive and have access to own vehicle Weekly pay via agency Brewster Partners Office Support & Technical Recruitment is a division of the Brewster Partners Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talent in administration, business support, HR, sales, marketing and purchasing in South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and the Midlands.
