Overview

This successful and established Insurance Claims handler based in Tonbridge, Kent provide various major insurance providers with an effective and cost-efficient partner for handling Home Insurance Claims from start through to settlement and providing a high level of customer service to all policy holders. Due to ongoing expansion my client is currently seeking Junior Claims Administrator to join their busy and friendly team. Duties Ensure that the customer receives excellent customer service in accordance with industry and company guidelines Contacting building repairers to resolve queries, arrange booking in / completion dates for works to be carried out Keeping policy holders up to date at all times Basic accounts duties including reconciling invoices and processing invoices Dealing with incoming and outgoing post Review /compile daily reports and highlight any areas of concern to the manager on a daily basis Update claims systems with changes to the claim This is an excellent administrative opportunity and the role has fantastic potential to grow so whilst ideal applicants will have some administrative experience, it is also about the potential you can reach. You will also have a calm yet assertive telephone manner, great attention to detail and have excellent administrative and IT skills.
