Overview

Role: QA / Test Lead Industry: Data Analytics Salary: Up to £70,000 Location: Central London Our client who operate in the Data Analytics industry are going through an interesting growth, whereby they are now looking for a QA / Test Lead to be hands-on, leading a team of three and growing out the QA strategy. You’ll be a very experienced QA with a depth of testing experience across multiple platforms and technologies. Role Responsibilities: Work with a variety of stakeholders across the business to support the Testing department Define and implement new testing strategies Perform exploratory testing when required Work across strategic projects and look at how the Engineering capability can maximise performance Line management across a small team of QAs What are we Looking for? A QA / Test Lead that has always been hands-on and loves being hands-on whilst leading a small team Someone with a good understanding of creating new test plans and helping with testing strategies Good problem-solving skills, alongside having an inquisitive mindset Ability to drive innovation Track record of improving engineering processes from a quality perspective If you’re interested in finding out more, please send over your CV and contact Tom Gordon
