QA Chapter Lead | Agile Transformation | DevOps | Shift Left | London |Tribe Squad Model | £80,000 - £95,000 Method have partnered with an award winning product focused business who have won multiple awards for their AI driven healthcare product. You will be own and champion quality from a programme level across 150 Engineers, responsible for defining and driving QA practices and processes that enable the company to deliver clinically safe software to meet customers, partners and business's needs. The successful QA Chapter Lead will have the following experience: You encourage testing do be done by everyone in the product development team Manager a team of 6 QA's with vision to scale this team You're able to provide the right tools, guidance and frameworks to developers to write better automated tests You own quality standards, processes and strategy for your tribe You're responsible for creating autonomous, collaborative working teams You have a strong agile delivery background Advocates shift left testing and pushes QA in DevOps culture Encourages 3 Amigo sessions and pair programming Has a technical understanding of automation and understands what to automate and what not to automate Someone who can operate at the code face from an advisory level, working with developers and QA's to reduce the number of tests across all platforms, to ensure they're leaner and able to run more quickly Able to identify flaws in solutions and architecture design and work with technical leads to overcome design issues Often you will need to be the loudest voice in the room and not by shy of getting your point across.
