Overview
You're a Commercial Account Handler who wants to progress but you feel you are not quite ready to jump into an Exec role just yet due to the pressure/sales targets. How about an Account Handler position but you'll cross-sell up-sell to existing PI clients? Less pressure and this will give you an opportunity to build better relationships with your clients. Your PI knowledge is great, but your wider commercial insurance knowledge is even greater. Become a bigger fish in a smaller pond and join this rapidly expanding Independent Insurance Broker in Colchester as a Commercial Account Handler. As an integral part of this business, you will build rapport with an existing client portfolio of PI clients whilst you help them with their commercial insurance requirements i.e. property, liability, motor etc. If successful, you'll be joining a very friendly, supportive team based on the outskirts of Colchester. They have some really exciting growth plans over the next 3 - 5 years and this will be first of many hires this year. You'll enjoy free car parking and be offered an attractive salary and benefits package. You'll have some experience within commercial insurance, ideally at SME level. You're comfortable dealing with clients whilst holding their hands through the renewal/MTA process. You're naturally ambitious and you want to grow within an expanding business that supports people to become the best they can be. Not from Colchester?
