Are you an experienced web designer? Do you consider yourself a UX guru or maybe a CSS wizard or even a Javascript genius? If yes, then this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. You’ll look after, and deliver, website projects for a number of customers, across a range of interesting and exciting industries. As a web designer for this particular agency you’ll use your skills to design and create exciting new user-friendly websites read for digital marketing, whilst also assisting other members of the web and digital team to push ideas and implement the latest industry standard on new and existing websites. You’ll join an agency based in the south of Leicestershire who have developed a work hard, play hard culture where if you’re needed to stay late to get a project live you’ll be happy to do so because you’d be doing it with people you really get along with and a little take-out pizza will help too To be successful you’ll have an excellent understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript and an understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms such as SASS and Less. You’ll also need a solid background of working with wireframes such as WordPress, Magento etc. If you’ve worked with task runners before such as Gulp or Grunt than this would be beneficial. In return, you’ll have the freedom to create, you’ll work alongside likeminded, creative and talented team members. You will also have the opportunity to play a major role in the development of the business and the web department in particular. With a training budget that lets you take control of your destiny, researching and learning about new and exciting aspects of web & UX design and development.
