One of these positions is permanent and the other is a 6 months fixed term contract basis with the opportunity to go permanent. The successful candidates will have previous experience of working within a fast paced environment and be hands on when it comes to giving exceptional customer service. As a customer service representative you will be responsible for communicating daily to ensure the staff are aware of procedures, daily counts, and ongoing movements as well as liaising with field based asset manager.
