Overview
Are you an all rounder? A multi discipline civils contractor who are currently going through a period of growth are looking for an Document Control Office Manager to join their team in East London. Working out of their Head Office, you will be working within a specific division of the company and supporting them with Office Management but also reviewing Document Control processes and Quality Assurance across the division. A strong Admin background is needed for this role as well as having used multiple EDMS systems. This is a permanent position with career progression and training available. Working hours are ideally 8am - 5:30pm (Flexibility is available) The salary for this position is circa £35,000 - £40,000 company benefits depending on experience. Document Control Office Manager Candidate Requirements: 5 years experience ideally within construction Advanced Microsoft Office experience Experience using multiple EDMS Can demonstrate implementing processes / improvements / QA process.
