IT Systems Administrator / 3rd Line Support Southampton Permanent Are you an experienced and technically competent system administrator or 2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst looking for a new and exciting challenge? Are you able to resolve technical queries that have confounded your colleagues, quickly learn new technologies and work in a collaborative manner with your team? My client, a leading MSP is looking for a senior System Administrator working in the escalations team to provide technical support for their customers. Day to day you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues that have failed to be resolved through the Service Desk, attend customer sites where necessary for training days, assist in pre-sales and work on ad hoc projects as required. Technical requirements: Active Directory Group Policy MSSQL Exchange Virtualisation (VMWare / HyperV) O365 Deployment / Administration Citrix MS Office Azure TCP/IP, DDNS, WAN, LAN etc… Linux (Desirable)
