Overview
IFA Administrator Manchester £20,000 - £25,000 Our Client, an entrepreneurial and inspiring firm of Chartered Financial Planners now require an additional IFA Administrator to join their team. Offering a full range of financial services to its private and corporate clients, both at a local and national level, the successful candidate will join a business that is currently under-going aggressive and exciting growth plans. The role offers a varied opportunity involved in daily operational functions, assistance with project management in response to commercial and regulatory change, through to portfolio analysis, dealing activities and investor support. Responsibilities Ensure accurate client information relevant to role is recorded, uploaded and filed appropriately on system Tasks and workflows are tracked and completed within the appropriate timescale Ensure accuracy and completeness of client profiles and required documentation (eg Fee Agreements, ID, Factfind, Objectives, Attitude to Risk) Close liaison with Financial Advisers Support for annual review preparation, processing and completion Support for client on-boarding and new business advice Prepare supporting documents for recommendations Processing and progressing outcomes of recommendations To handle clients queries in timely and professional manner Ensure client facing documents are up to date, accurately produced and meet requirements and timeframes Prepare forms in collaboration with the wider team Client communication The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as an Senior Administrator with an financial services environment with sufficient knowledge and understanding of financial products, services and current UK tax rules for ISAs, GIAs, Pensions and Bonds. Excellent communication skills are required. You will be smartly presented, offer first class communication skills, and have the ability to liaise with High Net Worth Individuals.
