Overview
We are recruiting for Staff Nurses with excellent leadership skills and broad clinical knowledge to lead, the assessment and evaluation of our residents care to achieve an outstanding compassionate environment in which residents can feel safe and valued. You will be encouraged to lead with the best clinical practice and help build a cohesive care and ancillary team to ensure the resident-s full needs are met; our quality of care is demonstrated by the low patient to staff ratio (3 to 1). Flexible and reliable you-ll appreciate building long term positive relationships with the residents their families and visitors.
