Overview
Calling all Home Managers in South Walesor beyond I am recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Home in Cwmbran. This site has recently undergone a turnaround process to make some dramatic improvements to the service and now needs a Home Manager who can take the reigns and keep it running smoothly. We are looking for a Home Manager who has good experience in a similar role, a good understanding of CIW requirements and can demonstrate great leadership skills to lead the clinical team to provide excellent quality care. You need to be passionate about person centred care and put residents at the heart of what you do, as well as have high standards and not be afraid to demand the same of others.
