Looking for a very strong Residential Home Manager with a history of success within the Market. For a superb Residential Home, with great facilities and staff, that is part of a Family -run care home provider committed to the wellbeing of their residential. The home provides outstanding personalised care to people with Dementia and Mental Health needs As the new Residential Home Manager, you can expect to lead your team, balance budgets and spend time with residents. You'll receive excellent divisional support along with plenty of opportunities for your continual professional development, all within an engaging and fulfilling environment. You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a good level of financial acumen. You should be able to plan tactically for the improvement of the home and execute the actions effectively. You will need to commercially astute, recognising changing business conditions, and understand how to adapt with good results.
