Then a Unit Nurse Manager role is calling you If you are reading this, you must have experience working within a Nursing home and have Dementia care experience. A fabulous dementia care home based in Surrey are looking for a Unit Nurse Manager. You will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. Have experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You'll be a natural leader who has acted as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship. Dedicated, ambitious and resilient, you'll have a strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care. To relitearte you need to be an RGN/RMN have Nursing home experience along with Dementia Care experience. The home has an overall GOOD rating with CQC and prides itself on their 10-60-06 Dementia specialist training. They provide personalised dementia care and have a highly skilled team that focus on delivering person centred care.
