Overview
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced RGN to join the team of the UK-s leading charity supporting disabled adults. Our client are looking for a talented individual to provide the highest standards of care and promote independent living. You will deputise the Home and Deputy Manager as the nurse in charge in their absence. As such, you will be responsible for the direct supervision of the care staff team. Participate in the training and development of care staff in undertaking care tasks. Requirements for this position You will need: A valid NMC PIN number Demonstrate post qualification learning Demonstrate a willingness to undertake further training and development Experience in supervising a team In return you will be offered an excellent rate of pay with company benefits and pension scheme.
