An established client based in Cambridge require an experienced IT Engineer - Second Line Engineer, to join their team and deal with all escalations. The individual must be extremely comfortable working in a Microsoft Server, Linux, O365 and medium size business IT environment. Key Skills: All aspects of a Windows Desktop\IT support analyst supporting a Microsoft OS environment, O365 experience, SCCM, AV, Break fix support for Dell, Lenovo and HP models. Excellent customer facing skills. Other Experience: A, Linux, ITIL Foundations, 5 years in a similar role in Tier 2 support.
