Overview

The main purpose of the Project Manager Analyst (PMA) is to effectively and proactively co-ordinate the launch of new engine lines, supporting the client team with timing, budget and issue management. Day to day the role will involve working with the rest of the PMA team preparing and updating analysis of the new engine lines along with attending and supporting meetings to investigate the reports in further detail. You will ideally have a proactive approach to work to ensure and track timely deliverables, experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project, as well as the confidence to liaise with various internal stakeholders. Please note the PMA position is part time working a four day week. Your responsibilities: ? Support Program Leads with program review to internal senior management ? Facilitate the resolution of major program issues, change control and achievement of program objectives with other organisation areas ? Coordinate program timing plans and order placement process with Program Engineer Teams ? Track funding to understand current and available cost status, collating assignment of funds against original and ongoing proposals/purchase plans ? Weekly tracking of the program timings to ensure identification of planned works and any constraints or bottlenecks that may affect a timely Program delivery ? Monitor Vendor safety & program hours worked statistics ? Identify, coordinate & report program resource requirements ? Prepare program reports to support ongoing tracking and on-time delivery of program. (These include 10 panels, Program Reviews, PBR, EPBR materials, AIMS, eFeas, Global Integrator) ? Weekly tracking of issues and ongoing support/resolution reporting by interrogating mainframe systems and Program Engineer liaisons. ? Coordinate input into internal program tracking tools ? Support engineers and assist in collating information to report, as above, using program tracking tools ? General program administration duties include set up and chair of meetings, coordinating reviews, managing reports and tracking tools, maintaining set objectives and deliverables, utilising time management and best practice knowledge ? Maintain strong team ethics, support continuous improvement of tools used, share lessons learned and strengthen best practices among the team Your profile: ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail ? Team player ? Can demonstrate strong administration and organisation skills ? High level of proficiency of using MS Office Programs particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Project ? Strong delivery focus and excellent time management skills ? Would be an advantage but not essential to have experience of using the Ford specific tools and systems; Global Integrator, GPDS, AIMS, E2KS, DMS. Working pattern and location: ?
