Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are recruiting for:: A practical, energetic and pedantic QHS Engineer to join a small, niche, heat exchanger manufacturer in Sheffield. Reporting to the Managing Director, he or she will own & continuously improve the company Lloyds Register (9001 & 18001) Accredited IMS, and shall be highly adept in the development and deployment of RAMS, SSOW, COSHH systems and the associated training, with additional responsibility for; The company's ITP activity including coordination of NDE Sub Contractors Control, distribution and tracking of weld consumables Goods inward, in process and goods outward inspection Preparation and compilation of Manufacturers Data Dossiers The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a heavy duty fabrication environment. with good interpersonal skills, The succesful candidate will be professional, organised, proactive and able to work on their own initiative, all in conjunction with a small deadline focused manufacturing team. Being a Certified Auditor with a NEBOSH General Certificate is desirable. Salary Range: £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
