Assistant Accountant Bolton £25,000 - £30,000 This successful Managing Director is looking to hire his first Assistant Accountant to support with company growth & expansion with fast-track progression to Head of Finance. Straight from the horse's mouth, his perfect recruit will be "innovative and enterprising" which is why experience and attitude wins over qualification every time in his eyes. The position calls for an ambitious individual who has a proven accounting background from transactional to month-end processes, who gets their job satisfaction from contributing to the growth of an SME business. For the right employee, there is no ceiling to the potential within the business and you will be integral in producing management accounts & reporting schedules and having regular board meetings with the Director.
