Control Design and Testing - Manchester Salford Quays - 6 month Contract - £350 a day (Umbrella) As a leading global health and care company, our client offers health insurance, medical subscription and other health and care funding products; as well as providing care homes, retirement and care villages, primary care, diagnostic and wellness centres, hospitals and dental clinics. They also provide workplace health services, home healthcare, health assessments and long-term condition management services. Our client service over 32M customers across the globe. Without shareholders, this means profits are invested back into the business to provide more and better. This role will be responsible for: Extensive experience in Risk and Control Assessments and Risk Management frameworks Understanding of business process frameworks and hierarchies Experience using standard Microsoft applications including Word (Intermediate level). Excel (Intermediate level), PowerPoint (Intermediate level) and SharePoint (basic level). Able to plan and work to deadlines with minimal direction Takes a logical and structured approach to work Ability to plan and facilitate workshops and meetings to deliver agreed outcomes Can present complex information in an easy to understand way to stakeholders Undertake workshops, perform interviews and analyse documentation to identify Risks, design and documentation appropriate Controls and Control Tests against the As Is business process What you'll need to succeed Able to communicate at all levels and establish effective working relationships Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills Advanced listening and communication skills 3 years' experience of regulated environments from working in the Insurance or Financial sector What you'll get in return So, what's in it for you?
