Customer Service Advisors x 12 £17,500 per annum Permanent role, 37.5 hours per week Interviews to be held on Friday 27th March Start date week commencing 30th March Our largest pharmaceutical client based in Harlow, Pinnacles is currently looking for customer service coordinators to join their Patient Services department. The main purpose of the role is to make outbound calls to organise the patients' deliveries. After initial training you may then be moved to the inbound call desk. Daily duties: - Installation of customer details on to the company system - Installation call welcoming the customer to the company and advising of the service provided - Calculate and arrange delivery dates with customers - Pre-delivery call - Assist with customer queries - Liaise with other operational teams to resolve any issues - Monitor and action to-do lists - Accurate recording of customer notes Working hours: Hours available, Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 OR 09:00 - 17:30 OR 09:00 - 15:00 OR 12:30 - 21:00 OR 15:00 - 21:00 OR 17:30 - 21:00 Saturdays - 09:00 - 13:00 (working 1 in 9 weeks, and the hours are given back the following week) First two weeks training will be 10am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Adecco are an equal opportunities employment agency Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
