Overview
Recruitment Panda are really excited to be working exclusively with this provider. Its a small select provider that have less than 20 homes in the group They are building a luxurious nursing and residential home in South Gloucestershire, aiming for the privately funded market. This company are so respectful of their employees, this is one company where your individuality counts. This company understand how residents want to be respected and treated, they even enccourage staff to sit and eat with the resdients, (you will not be paying for your 5 meal) and to treat the residents like family. We are looking for a complete team of nurses, calm compassionate nurses, that want to be part of something new and rather fabulous. Obviously I really like this company, deputy managers have a 40 hour contract alongside a bank RGN contract, so they get paid extra for doing extra hours (at their own choice), no Deputy Managers or Unit Heads in this organisation work 60 hours getting paid for 40.
