Overview
IFA Administrator £25-32k Haywards Heath I am delighted to be supporting a very successful Chartered Wealth Management firm in their search for an IFA Administrator. The successful applicant will help them deliver an exceptional level of service while broadening their strengths and client offering. As a minimum, your strengths should include a knowledge of the administrative and customer support functions within financial planning. Providing a positive and professional client experience at all times Responsible & accountable for a selection of clients Onboarding of new clients Processing new business Liaising with clients regarding Annual Reviews & meetings Undertaking some research to assist the paraplanner team Meeting with other members of the team to review and manage client wealth plans Undertaking continued professional and personal development Supporting team members in their professional & personal development objectives Completing ad hoc projects and managing technology providers as needed For consideration for this position, you will be working towards CII exams R01 -06 and have worked in a similar role within the industry.
