Solicitor - Share Plans Sheffield £40,000 to £55,000 plus benefits CRA Legal are delighted to be working with this highly successful boutique law firm who have been making waves in the legal sector since 2011. The firm specialises in global incentives for an impressive international client base including global retail businesses, banks, manufacturers and telecoms companies. Due to business growth we are looking for an ambitious lawyer with experience in corporate, tax, employment, pensions or general law to work within this fast growing firm. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone who is newly qualified through to four years PQE (applications are welcome from those with a higher PQE that are happy to retrain into a new area). The Role You will be joining a team of global incentive lawyers who advise clients on a wide range of share plans and incentives You will play a key role in advising on complex transactions involving issues such as tax advantage plans, share ownership and executive reward schemes that require specialist knowledge within this unique area. The Person Applications are welcomed from experiecned lawyers from NQ to four's years PQE with a proven track record of achievement in their career to date. Trainee solicitors due to qualify in the next six months or returners to work after a career break are also welcome to apply. Experience in share plans and global incentives would be ideal, however applications are welcomed from individuals interested in this area with a background in corporate, tax, employment, pensions. You will have an interest in employee share plans and corporate governance and will have good project management skills. You will have a collaborative approach, coupled with a strong work ethic and will be confident dealing with clients.
