Python Developer - THIS ROLE DOES NOT PROVIDE SPONSERSHIP Skill Set: Python, SQL, NumPy, SciPy, Pandas To work for a recognised leader in their field, my client is looking for a proven Python Developer to work on their award winning platform. The team have a high input in the design and technical direction of new projects where you will gain an insight into their operation and provide technical and Python expertise. To ensure quality and consistency the team build testable and re-useable code, consistently communicate with the business - you will have ample opportunity to work with the business, offer design and architectural ideas and concepts. The successful candidate will have proven experience in doing this, building distributed Python applications and have an understanding of Linux and operations as well as automated testing. The role requires the candidate to have a proven background both in a professional environment and academically. Ideally a redbrick University or equivalent in a Computer related discipline is required - you will need to have knowledge of Design Patterns, Data Structures, OO principles and Design.
