They are looking for a Production Engineer to increase their efficiency and continuous improvement efforts in a chemical manufacturing environment, specifically ink production; 1. Process and production analysis, using KPIs and metrics to determine improvements 2. CAPA and root cause analysis 3. Define and introduce new production equipment and tools 4. SPC charts to improve yield Essential Skills and Experience · Strong understand of chemistry / chemical engineering / materials · Process engineering experience, preferably in liquid chemical manufacturing · Excellent problem solving, data driven mindset · Able to work autonomously and in a cross discipline team. Salary: Negotiable and dependant on skills and experience
