Overview
PLC / SCADA Systems Engineer – Cheshire – Permanent - PLC / SCADA - £30-50k DOE PLC / SCADA Systems Engineer with considerable experience of Siemens, Rockwell and/or Mitsubishi PLCs and the associated SCADA software packages (WinCC / Intouch) required to work for a very successful System Integrator. PLC / SCADA System Engineers’ key activities include; Control system software design and implementation Design documentation Liaison with clients Participating in the tendering process Report writing and surveying Industrial Ethernet network design and testing Factory acceptance test specification documentation Client facing factory acceptance testing On site installation, testing and process commissioning The client is looking for PLC / SCADA Systems Engineer with experience in process control and automation ( Siemens / Mitsubishi / SCADA / WinCC / Intouch ) to join them on a growing list of projects where you’ll be involved in all technical aspects of design, project management, configuration, software development and commissioning. The client encourages flexible working, they're delivery focused and don't have the politics that can sometimes come with larger organisations. This role will suit a PLC / SCADA Systems Engineer who has had the experience of working for an SME/System Integrator where full project life cycle involvement is an expectation or alternatively an engineer that has worked for multiple larger companies. The client work in brand new, state of the art office space and provide the best equipment and a very professional environment for the engineering teams to deliver. The office location is commutable from most of Cheshire, including places such as Manchester, Liverpool, Runcorn, Warrington, Stockport, Widnes, Chester and Northwich.
