Overview

We are actively looking for candidates with a solid background within Customer Services & Order Processing to work on an ongoing temporary basis that can easily travel around Stockport and the South Manchester areas. The roles we recruit for would be full time hours Monday to Friday 9.00AM - 5.30PM with occasional weekend work as well base within an office environment. They would be starting immediate and would vary in the length of booking. If you feel you have previous experience and feel you meet the below criteria please get in touch: Answering incoming calls, emails & Internet enquires Processing orders Dealing with payments and handling sensitive information Advising customers of products and services available Dealing with enquires and complaints to resolution Building rapport with customers General administrative duties Essential skills & Experience: Previous experience within a telephone based customer service role Must have a high attention to detail & accurate data entry skills Excellent problem solving skills Must be customer focused Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment Why do temp work?
