SENIOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAWYER CAMBERLEY, SURREY SALARY: £60-£80K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE Recently awarded Property Law Firm of the Year 2019, our Legal 500 ranked client has offices in Camberley, Wokingham and London. Market-leading across all verticals, the firm is now looking to expand their thriving CQS accredited Residential Property team in Camberley, and are looking for an exceptional, talented and driven Senior Fee-Earner. The successful candidate will have expertise in a broad range of residential conveyancing matters (including shared ownership), team management experience and business development skills and experience. Some experience of new build transactions is also desirable. You will have excellent technical skills and able to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, with excellent interpersonal skills across all levels. You will be commercially aware and able to win new business whilst being professional, enthusiastic and personable. The successful candidate will be 7 years PQE in order work alongside the Head of Department, manage the non-new build team and assist with the management and development of the department and the wider team. Competitive salary and generous bonus schemes (£500K paid in bonus in 2019), pension contributions and holiday entitlements are on offer.
