Fabricator Welder

Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced steel fabricator welders for an established business in Cradley Heath. Applicants must be able to operate typical factory machinery, MIG weld to a high standard and read technical drawings. The work on offer is all bespoke and will require a high level of understanding of plating and developing plans to suit each job. TIG and ARC welding knowledge would be an advantage but not essential. Once fully trained on all products there may be some site work to complete snag lists. This role is available on a temp to perm basis. Main Duties Fabricating to a high standard MIG, TIG and ARC welding Operating CNC, press, punch and guillotine Site work Plate welding Plate development Working ISO 9001 & 1090 standards Coded welding ability Flexibility and ownership of jobs The working week is Monday to Friday on a day shift which starts around 7.30am with overtime paid at a premium Pay will start around £12.50.
