We believe that our success is based on your success. This position will be based in our Central London offices. The successful candidate will work solely on providing the highest levels of service to our NHS Trust. You will have the benefits of being able to work in a very focused way within in a close-knit and lively team. Responsibilities: Working with the Recruitment Consultant to ensure an effective and smooth transition of the candidate hand-over Maintaining a professional relationship with the candidates ensuring regular contact to advise them of progress updates with their file Candidate referencing, sending and receiving candidate references in line with the companies referencing policies. Making regular contact with the referees to ensure a timely response. Investigating any problems with references with the referee and raising any concerns with the Recruitment Team Leader Ensuring candidate has provided the correct documents to apply for a DBS, ensuring candidate has completed the links correctly, uploading document correctly and proceeding to counter signatory. Regular check for DBS completion. Ensuring candidate has provided correct Occupational Health Documentation, obtaining correct level of Occupational Health screening and clearance Training: ensuring candidates have provided relevant training certificates, that have been verified correctly, or booking candidates on internal Mandatory Training Days ensuring candidates are contacted prior to training to ensure attendance Ensuring All databases are updated correctly and regularly throughout the process. Ensuring the candidate is progressed through the recruitment cycle and compliant to work in a timely manor Advising candidates of any issues with the clearance of their files. Advising the candidate of their successful clearance to work and sending them a Welcome email/letter Salary: £20k Bonus of £1k per quarter (If targets are met) About you: Able to build relationships with candidates and clients Excellent communication skills Able to multitask effectively and not be afraid of change Determined and self-motivated applicants are a must Experience in a target driven or customer service environment In return for your hard work we are able to offer an added bonus to your basic salary (targets and KPI’s will need to be achieved).
