Overview
A leading wealth management brand with a growing pensions and benefits team, are searching for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their growing team in Cambridge. Working in an office-based capacity primarily, you'll be tasked with ensuring proficient service delivery to SME, midmarket and corporate-sized clients across the region, tackling group pensions, group risk and healthcare schemes. Main responsibilities: Undertake client reviews to assess and understand needs and wants Develop effective working relationships with clients; managing the re-broking process and going to market to provide best-fit services Technically assess group risk, group personal pensions and healthcare schemes Work closely with the consultancy teams to assist with meeting preparation, collating and analysing data and client support Prepare renewal reports for consultant sign-off Handle all client enquiries, delivering to agreed SLA's What we're searching for: Technical exposure within employee benefits including pensions, group risk and healthcare - ideally working towards relevant Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications Experience of client renewals process and supporting small, medium and large clients to broker and re-broker new services Highly effective time-management and prioritisation skills Interest in pursuing a career within employee benefits Visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
