Registered Manager (Home Care and Complex Support) Cavalry Healthcare is a values-driven, Nurse-led care company and we’re recruiting for a Registered Manager for our Liverpool Branch. We are passionate about delivering outstanding care and we’re looking for someone who shares our values. We’re looking for an exceptional Registered Care Manager with a strong management background to join our team in Liverpool . You will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service ensuring the delivery of outstanding care. You’ll be reporting to our Director of Clinical Services. The role will involve: Visiting our existing clients and building really strong relationships. Visiting new clients and growing the business within your branch by converting new enquiries. Ensuring that the service goes above and beyond to support people to live their lives to the fullest. Care planning and conducting risk assessments. Ensuring compliance to legal and regulatory requirements, and gathering evidence to pursue a CQC 'Outstanding’ rating. Managing a team ensuring that we are delivering a reliably outstanding service to our clients. Having access to the latest care technology to support care delivery. The ideal candidate would: Have excellent customer service and management skills Have extensive care knowledge and be passionate about delivering quality care Have a good sense of commercial awareness Be able to demonstrate achievement of business growth targets Be a great communicator and an inspiring leader. Be methodical and great at organization and planning. Be able to work well under pressure. Be flexible to meet the demands of the business including management and organisation of the on-call rota Be a driver with access to a vehicle. Qualifications: Experience as a Registered Care Manager or a Deputy Care Management Position NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, Health & Social Care Degrees, Registered Nurse or other equivalent qualifications Benefits Salary of up to £35,000 per annum Bonus scheme up to £5k Generous holiday allowance Company pension scheme Access to education and personal development Opportunity for career progression and development This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.
