Overview
My client is looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Security Manager for a permanent post based out of their head office in Merthyr. Reporting to the Head of IT this role will provide technical and strategic leadership to a small team delivering resilient and secure infrastructure systems as well as scoping the roadmap for moving on-premise infrastructure into the cloud. My client is looking for someone with strong leadership experience for a small team of skilled engineers along with; Windows Server 2012/16 Exchange Server 2016 365, AWS Azure Google Cloud VMware VOIP telephony Experience with security protocols such as GDPR, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials etc is required for this role. In this role the Infrastructure & Security Manager will lead on the selection of new technologies to support the delivery of strategic plans whilst working with the Head of ICT to deliver the roadmap to migrate infrastructure to the cloud.
