Overview
A client that we work closely with and have done for a number of years are looking to expand their Commercial Litigation team and if you're looking for an opportunity to gain expose to good quality work in a flexible working environment then this role could be of interest. The firm are known for looking after their staff so there is an attractive salary and benefits package on offer for the successful person as well as an open and achievable progression structure - internal progression is something they're really strong on and have the training and support already internally to make sure it's genuinely achievable. The role itself is broad in nature and covers a real mixture of Commercial Litigation and high end Civil Disputes for a range of clients and industries both locally and nationally. The team benefits from admin and paralegal support as well as senior members the team to learn from. Ideally you will have gained a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position and be comfortable with a broad Commercial Litigation caseload. You will want to work in a cohesive team environment and want to build your name in the local market. The role is based in Stourbridge so ideally you will be in a commutable location from the office. This position is due to growth as oppose to replacement so it's an exciting time to join a lovely, busy team with lots of good quality work where you'll be able to see yourself long-term.
