An excellent opportunity has become available for a Corporate Solicitor to join a well-respected firm based in Birmingham city centre with local, national and international reach. The firm is an award winning practice seeking an ambitious and responsible solicitor with a demonstrable interest and previous experience. The firm has a comprehensive legal network providing a bespoke approach to delivering commercial and effective advice. The firm is agile, progressive and easy to engage with which makes it an attractive place to work. They are seeking to recruit a talented Corporate Solicitor to join their busy corporate team. The role will involve working on a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions (acting for sellers and buyers) and on shares and business transactions. The successful candidate will: Have solid corporate experience and a high level of technical ability. Will have 1 years PQE or more Capable of producing an excellent standard of work whilst supervising others in the team The candidate will also enjoy marketing and business development activities.
