A leading national firm would like to welcome a dynamic and skilled corporate solicitor to its busy team based in Birmingham. Within this role you will - Be exposed to high quality work, running a caseload of complex and varied corporate matters. This will include an excellent mix of M&A and private equity transactional work. Support the firm's expansive client base in an efficient and attentive manner; generating and strengthening positive client partnerships; Be offered a competitive salary and benefits package; This firm have been frequently recognised for their focus on employee well-being and personal growth and can offer the successful candidate a role with great scope for progression.
