Overview

I am recruiting for a professional and experienced Assistant Operations/ Quality Manager to join a well established and successful freight forwarder based within the Heathrow area. Daily duties include: Assisting and supporting the Operations manager with all admin Quality management, HSE, Environment HR duties including working with agencies, induction & training new staff Managing and booking training courses Database management, report comparisons etc Looking at sharepoint - management of company calendars IT Disaster recovery Responsible for AEO/ ISO Skills required: Previous experience within a similar role Good knowledge of customs formalities and legislation Outstanding attention to detail Good understanding of health & safety PC literate Outstanding communication skills (written & verbal) Working hours: Monday- Friday 09:00-17:30
