Overview

Permanent, full time opportunity Sevenoaks, Kent up to £50,000 p.a. plus profit share scheme Extensive experience within recruitment (preferably agency) and experience of managing a team is absolutely essential. I am currently searching for an Team Manager to lead and support the account management team of a consultancy business specialising in Recruitment and Managed Services, based in Sevenoaks. With excellent transport links and a vibrant office environment, the Operations Director describes the business as "like working within the City but without the commute". In brief the role will include: - Coach, mentor & develop team members to help unlock their personal potential and increase business revenue - Serve as the lead point of contact for escalation of customer account management matters - Communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders - Forecast and track team account metrics eg. quarterly sales and annual forecasts - Planning, co-ordinating and organising Client reviews and Performance reviews - Participation in Customer presentations and Customer review meetings - Monthly and Quarterly reporting - MI Reporting for Company Performance and Key Accounts In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a confident telephone manner and lots of energy and enthusiasm, coupled with the drive and ambition to ensure a high level of success. You will also have exemplary administration skills, be confident communicating with senior stakeholders and have a high degree of accuracy in your work. You need to have experience within a similar management role, gained within the Recruitment Industry. You should be keen to achieve targets and to be successful in gaining positive results through providing structured management of your team. A degree within a business related field would be advantageous but is not essential. In return, you will receive a fantastically competitive salary of up to £50,000 p.a. dependent on experience. You will be working within a busy, vibrant office with a great social aspect. Holidays are 25 days Xmas Closure and they are not a business who clock watch; half days don’t come off the holiday entitlement. There is also a profit share scheme based on business performance which presents the opportunity to earn additional commission on top of your annual salary.
