As one of the most senior people on the night shift, you will be responsible for the health and safety of all employees, ensuring risk assessments and method statements for the designated area are up to date and reviewed. You will need to have an eye for detail and be able to identify, lead and participate in continuous improvement groups. The Engineering Night Shift Manager will also be required to ensure all actions are completed effectively and within agreed timescales, along with being responsible for the accuracy of all company information displayed on company notice boards within the engineering meeting room for the designated area. You will also manage and source parts through OEM and non OEM suppliers to ensure plant performance and carry out Contractor PTW internal training. Key skills needed to apply: - Previous engineering experience. - Must have a FMCG food background. - A commitment to continuous improvement. - Excellent people management skills.
