The Head Chef and Chef Patron are cooking Modern British cooking based on French classics, so the food looks and tastes amazing, serving both a tasting menu and A La Carte To apply for this position, you should have previous experience of cooking with fresh ingredients, ideally in Michelin kitchens but somebody from a good rosette kitchen looking to get into a Michelin kitchen would be considered As Senior Chef de Partie, you will be working as part of a friendly and professional team, assisting with a variety of daily tasks which include organising a section, supporting juniors and cooking through service This is a live out position, but the owners have lots of contacts locally to assist anyone looking to relocate. This would also suit applicants living in the Leeds, Bradford, Keighley or possibly Harrogate area with their own transport if required.
