Overview
No split shifts Chef needed for 30hrs a week in a fun friendly pub,(Redfield) serving Pieminister pies, various boards and prepping/serving Sunday roasts. Must be competent at plating roasts 130 per week over 4 hrs. (All prebooked and spread out) Must have at least hygiene level 2 and be scrupulously clean-we operate a 5 rating and are due our next visit soon. Applicant will be responsible for one other and will be expected to shop, clean, take plates to customers and cook various dishes to a set routine. (Mash, onion gravy, vegan brownies, soup, Yorkshire puds etc) We are primarily a wet led pub, so there’s not a lot of creativity involved.
