Chef De Partie We are currently looking to recruit a Chef De Partie for this luxury 4 star hotel in West Sussex. As chef de partie you will join a team of 7 Chefs and Kitchen Porters under the Head Chef. You will also be involved with afternoon tea, room service, wedding/function food preparation as well at the hotels 2AA rosette restaurant. The Place A Luxury 4 silver star hotel with 22 rooms. This 16th Century English Manor House is located in Surrey and has a 2AA rosette restaurant.
