Chef De Partie We are currently looking to recruit a Chef De Partie for this luxury 4 star hotel in West Sussex. As chef de partie you will join a team of 7 Chefs and Kitchen Porters under the Head Chef. You will also be involved with afternoon tea, room service, wedding/function food preparation as well at the hotels 2AA rosette restaurant. The Place A Luxury 4 silver star hotel with 22 rooms. This 16th Century English Manor House is located in Surrey and has a 2AA rosette restaurant. The Perks As Chef De Partie you can look forward to the following: Salary of up to £24,000 £500 in service 5 day week- 2 days off Great discounts on F&B and across the group Live In at a reduced charge 4 weeks holiday Free parking The chance to work for a luxury hotel group The Person The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following: Quality, fresh food preparation experience in a quality Hotel or Restaurant operation ideally with 2/3 Rosettes experience Experience across a variety of kitchen sections Used to working within a small team - sense of team spirit and passion for quality and excellence The flair to give input and work with the team to continually develop the food offered at the hotel All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
