Circle Birmingham Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Edgbaston, has an opportunity for a GP Liaison Officer. Circle Health Hospitals provide excellence in patient care and experience, pre and post-operatively for a wide range of elective surgical procedures. With the ability to work autonomously, this is a key role within the Business Development Team. The right candidate will be vital in developing and delivering exceptional engagement to increase referrals, clinician engagement and associated revenue. Role & Responsibilities: Actively promote and raise awareness of Circle Birmingham to GPs, Allied Health Professional (AHP), Practice Managers and Medical Secretaries through various means of communication Develop a GP engagement strategy to build effective relationships with GPs Practice Managers, Medical Secretaries and AHPs, with the aim to increase referrals to Circle Birmingham Hospital. Create a proactive account management and contact plan with GP’s and stakeholders, through high-quality written, telephone and face-to-face communication. Organise, manage and attend all events designed to enhance networking between Consultants and General Practitioners and stakeholders, which will include breakfast meetings, network dinners, marketing meetings and educational events and symposia. Person Specification: Fantastic communication and the ability to build effective relationships are essential to the role.
