About The Company: Our client is well respected within the industry and was founded nearly 40 years ago to provide high quality industrial refrigeration installations and service contracts. They have achieved strong growth, providing the full refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation package and are now looking for a service manager to oversee the industrial refrigeration department. What They Are Looking For: A time served individual with a proven track record in the industrial refrigeration industry. Previous experience in a service manager role is ideal but would consider candidates who have come from roles such as contracts manager, commissioning engineer, other technical roles or an engineer who is looking to take that next step in his career. Knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems including ammonia plant. Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge. Benefits of this Service Manager role: A basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 26 days holiday bank holidays Company car, mobile phone, pension and health care This Service Manager Role Includes: Overseeing and running the service department to maintain a high level of performance and efficiency in order to continue to achieve customer satisfaction. Attending client sites, carrying out site surveys and quotes. Dealing with any engineer or client issues as they arise and providing technical support when required. Making sure that all job sheets and paperwork is correct and up to date. Ensuring that the service and maintenance contracts are on time and in budget.
