QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED FOR IFRS 17 PROJECT - OUTSIDE SCOPE - IR35 Your new company Your new company is a general insurance business based in Central London Your new role You will be working in their project team leading the IFRS17 implementation. You will be the accounting SME on this, working closely with finance team to ensure the new reporting standards are rolled out and processes are embedded effectively. What you'll need to succeed You will be a technical accountant with exposure to IFRS17 ideally implementing it in your current role, or a strong technical accountant with experience in Solvency II or other regulatory reporting projects in insurance. IFRS17 knowledge from practice will also be considered What you'll get in return You will be on an initial 6 month contract on a daily rate of £500-£750/day - this is outside of scope for IR35 so you can work through a PSC. You will be working with an impressive finance team in a company who embrace change.
