Overview

Temporary Customer Service Administrator An opportunity to join a successful and nationally recognised brand, working as part of a small and busy customer service department. You will be required to hit the ground running in this demanding and fast paced role. Experience in Customer Services is essential as you will be providing full customer support via both inbound and outbound calls, Emails, letters and fax. You will also be required to provide full administrative support to the Sales Team, so it will be vital you are fully competent in all general office support duties. Responsibilities (not limited too) Handling all inbound communication via, Telephone, Email, Fax and Written Correspondence Completing outbound calls as required Providing excellent customer service at all times, including handling any complaints, problems and product queries Log all inbound call information and escalate calls when necessary Work to a set workload target and help the team manage additional work Support the wider sales team with all administrative work Complete additional administrative work when required About You Highly experienced customer services professional Confident and clear telephone manner, able to effectively communicate information Competent in all administrative tasks Strong IT Skills, able to effectively utilise the full Microsoft package Strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail Able to manage a large and demanding workload A team player and people person Hourly Rate: £8.00 - £10.00 p/h Working Hours: Mon -Fri, 9am- 5.30pm Duration: 6 Month, Temp - Perm opportunity
