We look for professional, reliable, trustworthy and flexible candidates so if this is you then please read below and apply today, we are considering candidates who are available immediately Duties Include But Are Not Exclusive To: Meet and greeting visitors to the office Facilities management Managing meeting rooms Travel booking Answering telephone and redirecting where necessary General administration duties Data inputting onto spread-sheet/ database Distributing post as and where required Lifting and shifting within client warehouses Host/Hostess at corporate/creative client events Skills, Experience And Attributes Required: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook Front of house experience is desirable Customer facing / service experience Excellent administration skills Excellent telephone manner and communication skills at all levels Excellent organisational and time management skills Able to work as part of a team and also in a stand alone position Strong initiative and proactive working manner Please Note: You MUST be available to start immediately Our roles pay London Living Wage as a minimum Some of our assignments do include Saturday work Hours can vary any time between 8am and 6pm depending on the client Advertised by Office Angels, London Bridge Branch Please note that due to the high volume of response Office Angels receive; only successful candidates will be contacted.
