Business Analyst - 10 Months - Andover - £387/Day Inside IR35 We are seeking a Business Analyst for our client MOD based in Andover. This is an initial contract running until January 2021, paying up to £387/Day Inside IR35. This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role this will now be based on an Umbrella solution on a PAYE basis . Clearance: SC Role Profile: This requirement is for a Business Analyst, who will support the Programme Visionary working with business change owners and the in-house AGILE development teams Draw on experience in business change, rationalisation and transformation to assist the Programme Visionary to align the approach of multiple product owners and delivery teams to meet Programme goals as well as specified user needs Assist product owners to prioritise their project backlog Monitor performance and identify risk and issues emanating from development teams Assist with roadmap planning, identify key dependencies and programme risk Have a strong understanding Agile, SCRUM and Waterfall project management methodologies A track record of delivering successful, user centric systems that deliver business value Posses excellent communication skills Developed leadership skills including the confidence to engage and communicate effectively with both military and civilian stakeholders and system users Experience of working in a Defence environment is highly desirable.
