Location: Manchester Salary: £23,000 Uncapped Commission Experience Required: Looking for 12 months within either Recruitment or a B2B sales environment. We are looking for hard working and self-motivated individuals with experience working within recruitment or a B2B sales environment. Our client specialises in recruitment within; Accountancy & Finance, Change & Transformation, HR, Property, IT Procurement, Compliance. A dynamic and rapidly growing enterprise with International offices. The role as a recruitment consultant: Generating new business Producing adverts for roles Reviewing CV’s Interviewing and prepping candidates for roles Maintaining successful client relationships Hitting/ surpassing targets to earn commission What the job offers as a Recruitment Consultant: Starting salary of £23,000-£25,000, uncapped commission from the outset Potential for promotion within 3 months.
